About TruSource
Fresh produce distribution relies on relationships, local expertise, and flawless execution. TruSource is a collective created to enhance all three by linking proven regional operators into a network that becomes more consistent as it expands. Each operating company retains its local identity, customer relationships, and day-to-day decision-making while gaining the support of a connected network built for reliability at scale.
Founded in early 2025, TruSource has brought together three operating companies with 100+ years of combined service in the fresh produce industry. Our strategy is to scale responsibly by partnering with strong operators, supporting them with shared resources and standards, and building a network that improves and operates with greater consistency as the company grows without sacrificing what made each company successful in the first place.
